​Part 1 Beginning Your Ideal Weight Transformation Journey

Designed for those who wish to lose less than 50 pounds or improve overall fitness.

 

 Includes the following:

  • Designed to last a month with weekly sessions but is adaptable to your schedule

  • 1 in-depth​ Interview and intake and introductory hypnosis session &

  • 3 comprehensive hypnotherapy sessions

  • On-going Motivational coaching

  • Accountability checks 

 

Ideal Weight & Fitness

Part 2-5

Designed for those who wish to lose 50 pounds or more.

 

After completing Part 1, continue your weight loss journey with the following steps. You may take them in this order or as is appropriate for your individual needs.  Either way provides on-going support for at least 11 more months or as long as it takes. Motivational life coaching and accountability checks continue throughout the process to keep you on track. Expect to receive a few email messages, texts, & occasionally a phone call or two.

 

Part 2 Continuing Your Ideal Weight Transformation Journey

Includes1 Hypnotherapy to address related issues & 3 Specialized Sessions focusing on your choice of the following topics:

8 Sessions designed to address day to day issues and build supporting factors like self-esteem, fearlessness, and self-confidence. Delves deeper to the core sensitizing event or situations that may be influencing one's weight gain. Includes a variety of interventions such as Suggestive, Parts & Regression  hypnotherapy as well as Soul Link and NLP.

Part-3b Supporting the New You

4 Sessions designed to address day to day issues and build supporting factors like self-esteem, fearlessness, and self-confidence. Does not include regression.

Part-4 Raising the Bar

4 Sessions. Celebrates success and sets new intentions through interactive hypnotherapy and 3 sessions to address specific topics.

​

Part-5 Celebrate Your New Reality is Permanent

2 Sessions. Reviews progress and helps you accept and keep your new mindset for fitness and success.
