Valentines Day. Again. Sigh! Rejoice! Celebrate!
A commentator recently said that Valentines Day can bring up many thoughts about relationships. It may open doors for new relationships or take on-going relationships to new levels, or even close doors on old worn out relationships that are no longer serving us. Maybe you are seeking the love of your life and Valentines Day is a sad reminder of the void that is in your life. Whatever your take on love, I am wishing you the best on this day.
For me, this year I am going to devote this special day to thoughts of love. All love. Love of my friends, family, humanity, God, pets, plants, food, favorite activities, Self and my romantic interests past and present. What is love anyway? Perhaps I will explore the very concept of love and how it affects me. A force for positive change, for strength, a topic of reflection. Whatever comes to mind, I will try to find something to love about it. I welcome your Valentine thoughts. Is this just a Hallmark holiday or is it something more?
Here's the good part:In honor of Valentines Day I am donating all, yes ALL, my proceeds from sessions held on the Friday after Valentines Day to Unity by the Bay! That's February 17. Sign up now if you wish to support this wonderful church and have been considering Hypnotherapy. I am also offering a guided meditation on attracting a soul mate along with every session.
